Turnaround time
1 week ~ a month, deadlines can be discussed. Client will be informed in case of deadline extensions.Communication
Using Instagram/Discord, I will respond within 1-3 business days. If client does not respond within 5 days, the project will be paused/cancelled.I have the right to decline any commission. No harassment, rude behaviour, or demanding edits outside the agreed scope will be tolerated.

Please note that all payments are non-refundable once received. Refunds for unfinished work are based on progress made and can be discussed.
Usage Rights
Clients may not claim my artwork as their own or use my works for profit unless commercial rights are paid for. No feeding my work into AI.I may post my works unless privacy is requested by the clients, however I have the right to use them in my portfolio.Using the watermarked version of my commissions on public posts is suggested, please provide credit otherwise.
